EdINOVA - Alkmaar

EdINOVA teaches Dutch from Tesselschadestraat in Alkmaar, the base for a regional team covering Bergen, Castricum, Dijk en Waard, Heiloo and Uitgeest as well as the city. The foundation runs the inburgering B1-route and the Z-route, along with NT1 and basic-skills courses for people who need literacy rather than a second language. Teaching deliberately moves outside the classroom, with lessons built around the city so students learn the place at the same time as the language. EdINOVA holds the Blik op Werk keurmerk, which means the fees can be met with a DUO loan, and works with municipalities and employers alongside individual learners.
