Sagènn Educatie - Rotterdam

Sagènn Educatie's Rotterdam Rijnmond location, part of a long-established national network, offers Dutch language courses at A1 through B2 level plus literacy and digital skills training. Programs include NT1 tracks for students who read and write with difficulty despite speaking well, and numeracy courses at foundational levels.

Most courses run twice weekly for roughly 30 weeks, with flexible daytime, evening, and weekend scheduling.

Participation is free for eligible residents who are not subject to a mandatory civic integration obligation — a fit for learners who want structured Dutch progress without an integration exam attached.
